Charter Sales Representative- Outbound Sales
Capital Air Express is looking for a driven, relationship-oriented Charter Sales Representative to actively grow our client base across the Southeast. This role is for someone who thrives on opening doors, building trust, and creating long-term client relationships — not waiting for inbound leads.

About the Role
This is an outbound sales position focused on client acquisition. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting new charter clients through direct outreach, in-person meetings, referrals, and strategic networking. You’ll work closely with our operations and scheduling team to deliver seamless service once clients are onboarded.
What You’ll Do
You will proactively source and develop new charter clients, targeting businesses and individuals who value efficiency, flexibility, and personalized travel. This includes conducting outreach to prospective clients, attending industry events, visiting local businesses, and building referral partnerships. You’ll manage your own pipeline from first conversation through signed agreements and first flight, with a strong focus on long-term relationship building rather than one-off transactions.
You’ll also educate clients on charter options, pricing structures, and block hour programs, ensuring they understand how our service fits their travel needs. Maintaining accurate CRM records and forecasting activity is essential, as is collaborating internally to ensure client expectations are consistently exceeded.
Experience & Qualifications
We’re looking for someone who brings both confidence and discipline to the sales process. The right candidate will have demonstrated success in outbound, relationship-driven sales and be comfortable owning the entire sales cycle.
Ideal qualifications include experience in B2B or high-touch sales environments, particularly in industries such as aviation, transportation, luxury services, professional services, or complex solution sales. A proven ability to prospect independently, build a pipeline from scratch, and close new business is essential.
Strong communication skills — written, verbal, and in-person — are required, along with the ability to present pricing, explain value, and handle objections with professionalism. You should be organized, comfortable working with a CRM, and able to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously without losing attention to detail.
A bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required; relevant sales experience and performance matter more than credentials. Familiarity with private aviation, charter operations, or selling to executive-level clients is a plus.

This is not a passive order-taker role. This position is not focused on answering phones or waiting for warm leads to arrive. Success in this role is measured by new client acquisition, consistent outreach activity, and sustained revenue growth.
