Discounted pricing for block time allows for you to save when flying with us more often, and also allows us to plan for your trips and dedicate resources to be more available for you, on your schedule, and sometimes with less than 48-hour notice.

Capital Air Block Time Benefits- All Aircraft

• Discounted hourly rates for larger blocks purchased.

• No initiation or annual membership fees.

• No extra costs for peak times or last minute flights.

• Hourly rate is all inclusive -plane, pilot, fuel, and all standard domestic taxes and fees.

• Block hours are NOT affected by future price increases- price is locked in for all time on account.

• Block hours never expire.

• Share the account with Family or Business Partners- up to 4 authorized users.

• Hours can be used for family or friends, employees or coworkers- whoever you want, even if you’re not on board.

• We deduct the actual, rather than estimate flight time after each flight. Time is measured by the Hobbs, or engine meter, and rounded to the nearest 1/10th of an hour.

25 Hours - $900 per hour - $22,500

50 Hours - $850 per hour - $42,500

Please note that since we do not charge a different price between the Saratoga and Malibu, we do not allow you to choose which aircraft you will get for your flight. Aircraft assignments are decided by mission needs- number of passengers, weight, and distance, as well as availability and the location of an aircraft at the time of your trip.
